For many of the skills, the duration are not as advertised. Portal and Null Field are just two examples; Null field seems to last for ~4-5 seconds opposed to 7 and the portal exit maybe lasts ~10-12 seconds opposed to 20.
I wouldn’t be surprised if other skills were also blotched, just noticed from what i use.
