This issue is at best minor, but it is nevertheless annoying,
The onscreen mini-map by default is the in the bottom-right corner, and by accident some months ago, I had moved it to the top-right corner. Now, by the same action I was able to move it to the top, it WILL NOT, move back down to the bottom. Like I said, this doesn’t actually hurt my game-play, but it is annoying that I cannot do something as simple as put my map where I want it on my HUD.
Anyways, Thanks to all and any who post a solution.

You have to grab the right hand side of the map, where the icons are, to drag it down. This happened to me before patch and I was able to fix it doing that…
