It’s not available anymore when I tried putting 3 minis from shop and 1 from dragon coffer and nothing happened except red message that says Try Again Later.

i have the same problem. I Bought the 3 mini pack for the Colosal and the Forge show the same error: Try Again Later.

It was disabled for now due to an exploit.

Same happened to me. Any update from Anet as to when this content will be re-activated would be welcome, thanks

The new minis are being cheaply mystic forged into exotics, and crashing the exotic mini market. There is a post in dev tracker about this.
