My mini map is very blurry
I don’t know when this happened

I can’t see anything wrong with it. At times minimap will get a bit blurry depending on its zoom level. Anyway, if you feel there is some issue with textures you can try to repair the game. I think you are just pulled out for view. Try clicking the ‘plus’ sign on the Mini-map.
