I would like to get the “Miniature collector” title, so I bought a few minis from the trading post. I already had 3 in my collection and the achievement was at 3/20. When I deposited the other minis, it went up to 18/20 and then stopped increasing.

I have now deposited 25 different minis in the bank and the achievement is still stuck at 18/20.

Did this happen to anyone else?

I believe only the initial miniatures count not limited edition ones.

Here is a list of the minis I have deposited, I don’t think they are limited edition ones:

You have to have the different types of minipets in your bank simultaneously. If you have 18 different types, then remove some and add some more, it will only continue counting once you have more than 18 at once.

If that’s not the issue, it’s probably a bug.

Thank you Da Sonic, I indeed needed to have 18 deposited at once. That fixed my problem.

Risen priest of balthazar does not count towards this achievement there is probably others on your list that do not count.
