I’ve seen other people talk about this on Reddit (the latest post I could find was this one), but miniatures seem to be completely disabling themselves at random times. I’ll be walking around for a long while until I notice that my mini isn’t following me, and I’ll have to manually go in and turn it back on. It was mentioned in that thread that people think there’s a connection between this and gliding, and I think that I’ve seen this happen most when I’ve been going through Magus Falls, but I don’t have any hard data to back that up.
