Guild Wars 2

I bought for 800 gems worth of the wintersday mystery pack. From those I was lucky enough to get 1 mini infinirarium and 1 Mini snowman.
I sent those two to the bank with deposit collectibles.
About 2 minutes later I bought more mystery packs and got another mini infinirarium, I sent this one too to the bank.
Here is my problem: in my bank I can see only one infinirarium mini and no mini snowman. I would like to know if it would be possible to at least get a mail detailing me how my pets ran away from the bank, might need to get a new one for my toon I don’t trust those pirates in LA now, or just if you see them please send them back to me as I didn’t get time to tatoo an address on them yet.

Might be best to submit a bug report in game to get a faster response too.
