Ok, before i had armor and weapons which allowed me to Master salvage them and i’d have a chance to get the rune or sigil off them. Yes even after wearing them.

Now i can only salvage them off non-soulbound weapons. When I try with soulbound weapons they turn red.

I really hope this isn’t as intended.

If the items were purchased with karma you cannot salvage them.

Guessing you are having the same issues as myself. Mine is only with the Leg Armor though.
This is what I was trying to break down. This is the second instance. I just destroyed the first.

+9 Power
+6 Precision
Rune of Life
+20 Health

Required Level 25
Soulbound

I was trying to use a Fine Salvage Kit and am Level 33.

It should still work if you can sell it to merchant. The ones that have no sell value are unable to do anything with. Maybe forge to get rid of or just tossing.
