1. When I walk into Divinty’s Reach, there are ambient NPC sounds. For example, a female saying “Nah, uh uh.” This repeats over and over and over and over and over and over for several minutes, no matter where I walk in the city. Note that the exact sound depends on what’s there when I arrive — so the repetitive sound may be different every time. The most recent time, it was a male voice cheering “Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!”

2. Gathering tools no longer play the breaking sound when fully used up. They also don’t play the same sound when interrupted.

I think the Divinity’s reach one you’re talking about is the one I heard while waiting for tixx today.

It’s very annoying, and sounds like a lady having a very enjoyable time, multiple enjoyable times.

Depending on which sound it is that repeats… yep, it can sound like that.
