The collection for Minstrel Vol 1 says to get a Moa Egg Omelet, available from various locations in cities. One of these says “Elnor in Lion’s Arch”. It seems however that Elnor did not survive the destruction of LA.
Either the tooltip/hint needs to be updated to remove her, or she needs to be resurrected.
