The heart quest in The Mire Sea in Mount Maelstrom “Help the order of whispers instigate a fight between krait and risen” which says “While disguised as a Risen, free slave, attack krait, and destroy their defences” has an issue when it comes to freeing slaves.
On Yaks Bend server, the slaves only interaction is “Greet” even is you kill any krait around them, they are not in the cages, and the cages are graphically open while giving you the option to open them (which does nothing). All she slaves in this area have this issue and cannot be freed.
