The last step in this is bugged. The mirror does not break when Tegwen looks into it so mission can not end.
I had a similar problem.
Tegwen wouldn’t even look into the mirror.
I noticed Carys wasn’t there, she died in the fight with the destroyers and wasn’t auto resurrected like the others.
after i ran back and revived her, the story went forward when I when back to Tegwen and the mirror.
