On my way to do aurora I got stopped really fast. I can’t take 35th token mursaat in Ember Bay ( I only miss this one ).when I say I can’t I mean I’m pressing “f” but nothing happen… I’ve tried to do it 5 different days with 3 different characters and still I’m unable to pick it.
After 3 mail to Arena Net over more than 3 weeks I never got an answer. So, I’m getting kittened and very frustrated since I can’t make any progress toward my goal. Any idea how to unlock or get it ?
Now I’m working and I can’t play much during the week which I could when I decided to start doing aurora. Hope anet sees this and finally answer / help me…
Btw when I had a problem with a payment they answered immediately so yeah, after putting over 200€ in the game in 3 months I’m kittened that they don’t answer when the problem is not money related !
