Missing Achievement Points
You probably reached the daily and monthly cap, which would explain why you don’t get AP for dailies anymore. Which other achievements have you done that you’re sure you didn’t get AP for?
If you are missing rewards, as well as points, that is something that only Customer Service can assist with; I have no idea why they’d send you to the forums. (Maybe you can copy/paste what you asked and what they replied, without any identifying data.)
If you are just missing points, then it’s possible that you have hit the Daily achievement point cap (which, incidentally, they should know about). There’s a maximum of 15,000 AP that you can get from Dailies plus Monthlies. To see yours, open the [h]ero window, switch to the Achievements panel and mouse over the top left icon — it will show your total from monthlies and dailies. Unfortunately, it doesn’t combine them nor does the game tell you when you’ve reached the cap (I think you should get a title plus maybe some points).

You need to work with Customer Service if you aren’t getting rewards or points at all for any achievements.
