Guild Wars 2

It would appear as though 2 of my characters have reached the 12 month plateau.

however neither of them have received the birthday gift

not sure if other people have also had this bug.

just letting you guys know!

I don’t know anything about alts, but my Main character has yet to receive his birthday gift. He was created during the 3-day head start for the digital deluxe edition at the same time as my girlfriends and she already received hers.

My account is also having the same issue. I have been playing since the headstart access and my /age shows 12 months. However all of my characters have yet get any kind of “present” yet.

Same, i created 5 chars within minutes of each other during the head start and 4 of them have received there gift but my main character has received nothing yet. /age states 12 months for all of them.

I am having the same issue.

same here. made mine aug 25th 2012….3 days later, nothing

Any response or resolution yet regarding this issue? I am also having the same problem with my main character.
