Guild Wars 2

1) I recently was playing my class quest and I had completed it, well i chose my items and then it said that I was over encumbered so I went to my bags deleted 2 things so i had the room and clicked take all, well I ended up getting the bow but not the key.
2) I bought 5 keys from the Gem store and I got them in the mail. They went to my bags just fine, me being as unorganized as i am didnt make room for the chest once you double click the key, my key went away and i didnt get my unlocked chest (not even the over encumbered message) and I sure didn’t pay 10$ for a missing key.
So basically all I am asking is for my keys back and to fix the problem so other players dont get the same errors.

I bought 5 keys and got none, even more fun my gems got charged anyway. For 2 x5 packs of Black Lion Keys. In my third day of awaiting support…

Right, this is a problem.
If your inventory is full and you use a key, the key is gone but no open chest appears.
Had the same issue… but it feels like its my fault, I should have payed attention to my inventory space.
But a fix would be nice, because Anet is selling this keys for real money and a lot of people will bekitten

Yeah lol not to mention keys have way to low of a drop rate atm so there are so many people with a billion chests and they dont get a key.

lvl 55 and have had 0 keys drop. I have received 2 from personal stories. I don’t know if they are dropping at all.

Yeah I dont know anybody with a key or like you said seen a key drop

Just wanted to pop in and say my girlfriend had this problem too: got a Black Lion Key from zone completion (Gendarran Fields), tried to unlock a Black Lion Chest with 0 free inventory slots, key disappeared and chest did not unlock. Very disappointing!

I have just had this problem too, this morning, its quite annoying.
