Guild Wars 2

I recently purchased gems and bought a few things, including the Consortium Sickle, the Watchwork pick, and the season 2 living story. I was changing characters, and went to the bank to drop off the sickle and pick so I could use them on the different character. I pulled them from the equipment screen to empty slots in the bank. I switched characters.
I went to pick them up, and they were gone. This… has me upset. I seldom buy things in a game I don’t have to pay to play, but when I do… I don’t expect them to vanish. I sent a message for support in game, but just now, I’m… rather angry. And I very much want to know what can be done. Even a refund of the gems would be good, or the items back. Otherwise… I don’t know.

Gw2 doesnt have the greatest support system like ive never seen a support team with such little power you usually just get a “sorry hopfully it doesnt happen next time” Ive been playing since launch i couldnt even get 1 pvp league ticket so now i cant finish pvp elite wings.. I hope things work out for you tho

They are very good about replacing lost/deleted/etc. items.

Thanks Inculpatus. That solved it. I just needed to drop the note in the right place. I appreciate your help. Once I asked, they quickly helped me out and replaced the items.
