Guild Wars 2

Hello,

First, let me start by saying that I am quite new to this game, having had it purchased for me for Father’s Day a few weeks past.

With that being said, soon after I started playing, I decided to use the gems I had been given on a stack of Total Makeover Kits. However, today, when I went to my bank to retrieve them, they were nowhere to be found. As I recall, I should have had four remaining. I double and triple-checked each of my characters as well. Nada.

I’m not sure if their disappearance is due to a game bug, or if I inadvertently did something, somehow. (For example, can they be salvaged by accident? Sold to a vendor? I don’t know.)

Any help or advice on the matter would be appreciated. Not to be redundant, but I also submitted a bug report in game shortly after discovering that they were missing.
