Hello, first of all im not expecting to get my items and gold back, i basically want to know why it happened and if it is infact a bug or somebody hacked my account.

when i logged off lastnight i had atleast several silver, some junk item, and a bunch of runes also in my bank.

but when i logged on this morning, I had absolutely no money, all the runes in my bank where gone, pretty much everythign in my bank was gone actually. which is pretty wierd.

there wasnt very many valuble items but i couldnt understand how it could of gone missing.

I have since then changed my password, and tried looking current logins in my security options, but it only shows the last 3 times ive logged in today… which isnt helpfull since i need to see beyond that.

im praying this is a bug because i really dont wanna have to worry about people trying to steal my hard earned items. Please can you shed some light over this

and also if its possible, can you look up my trade history with players?? as i know i have not traded anything with anyone or mailed any items to anyone. soo if there is someway to view that activity, it would give me the awnser as to who my items have gone to, if infact it was a security breach

Ugh apon further investigation, i now notice all my Crafting collectables are also gone. Everything ive accumilated over time is gone, and now i only have the items that i have put in there today.

this is becoming more and more frustrating.

This has also happened to me. Like Deroxor said, i logged in this morning and all my collections were gone along with most of my money and other random items. At first i thought of hackers too but doesn’t sound too plausible someone would hack an account just to steal some items and money but not clean the whole bank,so i’m praying it’s just a bug.

Sounds pretty serious, tbqh i would advice both of you to make a support ticket instead of waiting here on the forums for a reply. It may take some time b4 the ticket is answered (as other things do get priority) but it may well be worth it. Especially if you are hacked, then it may be that your computer is infected with something (or your game email hacked, which could have implications for other games aswell).

So yeah, under [Services] above is the support section, i am guessing that is where you can make a support ticket and have this looked into
