Guild Wars 2

I used my krait obelisk shard and am unable to see my krait obelisk shard in my home instance.

A guild mate of mine used theirs and showed me (both of us Charr) where the shard is located in the home instance. I went to my home instance, used it and saw nothing (could this be the bug? i.e. don’t use the shard while already in the home instance). I ran out and back in the instance, nothing.

I traveled with my guild mate to their home instance and saw the shard. I used it for the skill point, too. Then went back to my home instance, still no shard.

You should create a support ticket if you want to get individual help in resolving an error. The “game bug” forum is useful for reporting issues, but if you want someone to help, you need to make an official request.
