Guild Wars 2

Hello all! I had purchased the outfit last Halloween and never took it off my main’s town clothes equip slot. When the patch hit it was simply gone. I tried looking at the outfits tab but It says I do not have it. I sent a ticket in with no response after a week or so. Not sure what to do. Any one know a solution or had this happen to them as well?

You have to go to a black lion armor trader in order to get your skins. (Black lion armor trader can be foun in any major city, near the Black lion trading post)
