I bought the collectors edition and think my Miniature Rytlock was on my first character I created. I deleted that character and I think my Miniature Rytlock went with him. Is there ANY way to restore that to my account? It was pretty much the only reason i bought the collectors edition (that and just to support the developers).

The reason I put this in the bug’s section is that it seems there is no way to correct said error on the player side without bothering the developers.

Have you checked if it’s in the the collectibles tab in the bank? :P

If you deleted a character that had the mini in the inventory it’s probably gone forever as I know it. I have to point out I don’t consider this a bug since you only have yourself to blame if you delete an object. You could always contact support and see if they can restore the item for you though.

Larkir.. not true, not his fault.Other games, especially GW1, you had endless availability to special Collector items. I forget, but I think we typed " /object ." Easy accessibility that we had in GW1 should of ported over to this game as well.

I agree the gw2 system should definitely have been designed to prevent this as in gw1 but yes it is his fault now that the game doesn’t work that way. He deleted an object you can’t get back.

There’s a distinct difference between bugs, oversights and design decisions. This isn’t a bug, but it was probably an oversight that arenanet did when they designed the game.

It is not in my bank sadly. While it is my fault for making such a noobish mistake, it should be a mistake that can easily be undone. The fact that it’s a permanent issue is the “bug”.

I’ve contacted support 2 times now over the last 3 weeks with no response. I know they are busy so i can wait, but still, it should be an extremely easy fix.
