5 Days ago I bought the Digital Deluxe edition and I have received the skill book on my first character.It was grey out and I do know that I won’t be able to use it until level 30 or so but now I can no longer find it in my inventory nor my bank.I am quite sure that I did not delete it.

You don’t need a consumable to unlock Mistfire Wolf elite skill, it’ll just unlock as soon as you hit level 30. Check your skill screen (one of the tabs at the left when you hit “H” on your keyboard) and scroll down to the elite skills, it will be there (all the way to the right at the top row of elite skills).

The book you used is 1 per account and gives influence to your guild, nothing to do with the elite skill.
