After the new WvW patch has been implemented, it seems the Outfitter NPC on Dragonbrand Borderland at Fort Aspenwood spawn area is missing.

Usually, the NPC is located at the place where I was standing on the attached screenshot.

Kindly please return the Outfitter NPC as that NPC is important for us to buy salvage kits.

I miss him too. It’s been a long time that this bug exists and must be easy to fix. At least you could say “No, we don’t want to fix it, live with it”
