For whatever reason the northern blightning tower POI is not showing up at all for me, it is the last thing keeping me from completing Dragon’s Stand. Thoughts?

The location to trigger a PoI can be extremely unintuitive. In this case the icon is also hidden under the hero challenge so it is hard to tell if it is actually the one you are missing.

I understand, but trust me it is. I doesn’t show up at all, anywhere
