I have done several “Suspicious locations” around lions arch that I have read online. A diving board, the 4 in the sewer, and statues underwater. The first one on the diving board went fine. I received my 5 Personalized ToT bags, and received my loot. The rest turned out differently. I would click each suspicious spot after using the correct expulsion, but no Personalized ToT bags. Also, I noticed my stack of candy corn decrease by one, each time I would click a suspicious spot, regardless of whether or not I received my ToT bags.

Dunno why but Arenanet removed the Personalized ToT bags from those locations during last patch. See this announcement:

So, no bug I guess.

I figure it’s still a bug since they’re able to find/click the suspicious spot and the candy corn is being removed from the bag.
