Guild Wars 2

I JUST BOUGHT MY PROFANE SET FROM THE ITEM MALL. I RIGHT CLICKED EVERY SINGLE PIECE AND SELECTED CHOOSE AS PVP ITEM. I THEN RIGHT CLICKED ON EACH PROFANE PIECE AND CLICKED ON SEND AS COLLECTIBLE.

NOW I AM AT MY BANK AND I CANNOT FIND THE ITEMS I PAID FOR. I ALREADY MADE 2 BUG REPORTS, I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME, OR IF NOT REFUND MY MONEY OR GEMS.

1: Writing in caps is not the right way to adress anyone and it hurts my eyes. I understand your upset but this is not helping.

2: I think this went to the PvP locker. You can access this and equip them in the heart of the mists. Be warned that cause you chose them to be a pvp item you can only wear it in sPvP and not in e.g. towns, WvWvW and world maps. The PvP-locker is an actual locker in the hart of the mists

3: If you ment to ge tthe items as a PvE item you may try and file a support ticket at support.guildwars2.com (aska question). I am not saying they will refund the gems, but they might! do that.

Added is a screenshot of me looking in my locker in the hearts of the mist with the slot where the profane chest goes showing and with the minimap showing for guidance where to look in the heart of the mists.
