I went to change a piece of armor using 2 transmute charges to do so and both were used but only one piece of armor was changed, at first I thought maybe I made a mistake and I checked again and again just making sure and sure enough, there was no mistake my charge was used but my armor did not change.
Lag issue maybe? I normally don’t lag but lately I’ve been having lag spikes due to megaserver.
