Guild Wars 2

I originally purchased Guild Wars 2 shortly after it originally released. I had a few characters on the server Eredon Terrace, and had no problems playing them. Due to computer issues I had to stop playing for a few months, through the launch of Heart of Thorns. I purchased Heart of Thorns earlier today, but hadn’t activated my serial code. When I tried to log in to the launcher it told me it needed my serial code, so I went to arenanet account info and put it through. However, when I try to play, I no longer have any characters on Eredon Terrace aside from the revenant I just made. I also have NO idea why my name is just a bunch of numbers and letters? It used to be OMDSWC.##### (I don’t know the numbers). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like your username is actually a license key (maybe for this game). Weird.
