Hi, I had my exotic armor in my bank (from 80 lvl character boost). Today i check my bank and I saw empty slots Oo (was totally full from weeks) probably smth else dissapear too but dont remember what :/ Whats happened, what can I do and maybe someone had same problem?

Yes its a known problem that the boosted armor vanishes from bank.

Its a bug ? On same time dissapeared from my and husband account :/

If it has been more than 72 hours (the time the CS Team allows for a reply) after the initial near-immediate automated response, you can post your Ticket number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review – 3 Days and Older’ found in the Account/Tech Support sub-forum.
