I had an 18 slot bag in one of the bag slots that I unlocked.
When I logged in after today’s current update, it is missing.

The image below clearly shows a empty slot where a bag used to be.

This has happened to me too. I am fairly certain the empty slot had a Wintersday themed bag like a gift box.

That is odd. I checked my account, just to be sure, and none of mine are missing (including the Wintersday gift box). It’s probably worth submitting a support ticket to see what’s going on.

I submitted a ticket to look into this. Fwiw I checked my other seven characters and their inventory was OK.

The picture below shows what my inventory screen normally looks like, so I did not notice the missing bag until I needed something from it. I would have to scroll down to see the contents of the bag.

Has support responded to your ticket yet?

@Illconceived Was Na, I have had several emails with Support and the issue is still open as of this post date/time.

Support sent me a replacement 18 slot mithril box today, apparently the old one was showing as a discarded item.

Thanks for letting us know. I’m glad that you’ve got things back to the way they were originally.

And the contents? Just a lost cause?

No content from the box was restored but it was likely either empty or full of some extra salvage kits (I went a little crazy when I first found the vendor who sold kits for karma instead of cash and bought like 50 of them).
