Guild Wars 2

I logged in for the first time in over 2 years (last logged in before first anniversary) and I created all 5 of my characters when the head start opened. One of my characters is missing the first year birthday present, another is missing the third year present. Anyone know how I can go about getting them?

There is an NPC in Lion’s Arch you can speak to if you haven’t received birthday presents:

You should also confirm on each character that actually are old enough to have been eligible for said birthday gifts by typing /age in the in-game chat system on each character to find how old they are.

Thanks for the responses. I’ll try everything. I should have noted that I did do /age just to confirm and they’re all over 1100 days old. The odd one is the character that had no 1 year present but had years 2 and 3

When you do /age it tells you two replies, the 1st reply is time played on character and the 2nd is time played on whole account, many people mistake and miss the 1st line. As an example of my my characters is 661 days old; but the 2nd line says 1278 days across all characters.
