Guild Wars 2

Just realized that I hadn’t yet completed the “Meet the hosts” achievement. Apparently they’re all supposed to be on that platform in the Grand Plaza, but it appears some captains are missing and replaced by generic Lionguard NPCs.

First attachment from Dulfy.net, 2nd is my own screen shot. In particular, Captain “Bonny” and Captain Tokk appear to be missing.

Were they removed intentionally and is this no longer completable or is this a bug?

Edit: On a whim I went and talked to the generic Lionguard and the achievement progressed as normal although it was standard Lionguard responses. So while the NPC appearance is bugged, the achievement progression itself is not.

It is intentional. If you do the new instance given by Kiel you will see why the hosts are not so prominent standing on the stage
