I just purchased 10 consortium chests, and the gems have been deducted, but no chests anywhere. not in the black lion pick up, my inventory, or mail. Where have they gone?

Try deleting some mail. Especially if you still have the halloween mails. Some stuff says it doesn’t count toward the mail limit, but actually does.
