Missing items in Mail account to account
Are you sure you didn’t “deposit all” before pressing send? You can attach the items, but if they are moved before you ship them off, the mail will go out without the items.
My recommendation: slow it down by taking screenshots:
- Account A: start the mail (with addressee) & add the items.
- Account A still: open material storage & take screen, showing mail + inventory + amount in storage for at least one item
- Account A: one last screen of material storage + inventory
- Account B: take screen of mail
Then one of two things will happen:
- You can replicate the bug and now you have screenshots to show what’s going on — start a support ticket and add the screens to your report.
- You won’t be able to replicate it (and with luck, you’ll figure out on your own what was going on).

Neither are free accounts? There are some restrictions with free accounts. Though, the transactions would still be buggy, from your account of it.
