Missing mini Dragon
First, creating duplicate tickets slows down the response time, and moves you back in the queue. Always only update your original ticket.
Second, if you did not receive the nearly-immediate automated reply ‘Thank you for your inquiry…’, you can read the Stickies in the Account and Tech Support sub-forum for suggestions and information about delayed ticket responses, and/or post your ticket number in the ‘Tickets for Review’ Sticky after 72 hours.

Which mini is it? And are you sure it’s not just in your Minis tab in the Hero Panel? Once you apply a mini to your account, it leaves your inventory and will be accessible from that Minis tab.
Also, you can’t create support tickets in-game; you can only make bug reports. And, as was said above, if you do create a support ticket, making new ones sets your first one back even more.
I have never had a bug occur in my game so did not know how to do properly. Still not sure as I have still not heard a single thing about my issue.
Having re-read your OP, it sounds as though you did not create any tickets, but supplied Bug Reports in-game. These will garner no response, as indicated on the Bug Report window.
