Guild Wars 2

I noticed that you can acquire Mastery Points for completing certain achievements. There is one for “Bioluminescence” for instance, but I completed that (obviously) before HoT came out. Is there a way to get that Mastery Point because I don’t think the game gave it to me?

I looked at https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Hero_%28achievements%29 and I found 18 points on there that I did not get (1 of which I did yesterday but no mastery point). I am going to file a support ticket tonight between starting my revenant and Halloween content.
