ANet rarely responds to forum posts (there are just too many), so work with Customer Service.
Also, if it’s still happening, check that the dailies showing for you match that others see. There used to be an issue where people’s computer clocks could mess up what they saw for dailies; I don’t know if that’s still possible.

Thanks for the response, yeah my computer clock is fine I don’t think I’ve owned a computer that’s ever had an out of sync clock since using Windows XP back in like 2004 or whatever hahaha. But I suppose I missed out on 2 Pristine Fractal Relics but it doesn’t matter to be honest :P I just had to delay purchasing the Defender of Asalon. Got it now though so alls good
P.S Yeah the dailies have been rewarding me the chests since I reported those 2 in a row missing :P
I might have given you the wrong impression. I don’t know that it’s the clock — that was simply an example of when the daily listed for the day mislead a small number of people, because the actual daily was something else. So the suggestion remains the same: if you ever miss out again, check with anyone else in game (ideally, someone who completed the daily) to make sure the level you did was the one they are seeing.
Hopefully, though, it doesn’t happen again so you don’t have to worry about it.
