Hello All,
I have a possible bug.
The situation:
I have a Silvari character.
When I enter the home instance in the grove there are no vendors at all.
Unlike the with my Human character the home instance is filled with Vendors.
The question is:
Is it designed like this or is it a bug and if it s by design than why are there no vendors in the Sylvari home instance?
