I’ve looked al over ingame as well as on the net. The cabalist mantle (light armor shoulder piece) seems to exist, but is nowhere to be found. Does anyone know if they deleted the item or something ?

They have it under the wrong name. It’s the PvE version is listed at Conjurer Mantle.
[&AgHqCgAA] is the code for the berserker version. Search for Conjurer, Masterwork, shoulder and lv80 and you should have the right item.
