Not sure if Anet is working to fix this but it’s been months since the Elementalist’s Mist Form worked correctly. But as the Topic says Mist form is supposed to give you increased movement. 66% for 3 second to be exact. It doesn’t change your speed at all though.

Would be great to have this fixed. as of now mist form is useless.

How are you testing this?
The out of combat cap is 33% and in combat cap is25%. If you already have a speed boost from something else that 66% isn’t going to do anything unless you happen to be chilled and/or crippled as well.

mist form became useless the very moment it was deprived of the ability to run utility skills

I tested it by timing myself running from point to point with a timer. I had no speed boosts. my times were always the same even when using mist form. I should have been faster when using mist form, but I wasn’t.
