Guild Wars 2

All the pieces of the Mistward set are soulbound on acquire. It can be seen on the achievements but this is both inconvenient and unexpected. Some of the items in the collection are somewhat random so it is not completely controllable which character it gets bound to.

Unlocked them on my ranger, pretty useless to unlock heavy armor, was going to save them for revenant and found out too late it was soulbound

Though it’s nice to have the skin I’m personally pretty upset about accidentally completing the collection on a character that can’t use the exotic gear that is rewarded for it. To me it’s just strange that something that relies partially on chance would be soulbound to whatever character happens to (accidentally) receive it.

This gotta be a mistake! I finally collected 4 pieces and find out that they are soulbound on the character when the collection was completed! Now I can’t use any of them…

Anet please make then account bound!

Just unlocked the boots on my Guardian without realizing this— while the skin is still available, of course, I was hoping to be able to use the pieces to fill out my first Revenant’s armor set, as this character doesn’t need the actual armor.

It’s easy to overlook and seems counterintuitive, so please fix this!

Yeah I have one piece stuck on the wrong character. Pretty sure it’s a mistake. All other similar rewards are account bound on acquire, soul bound on equip.

Sooo I just got the first piece on my main… necromancer. Not like I can’t buy/make another exotic glove piece and skin it, but this was really unexpected and confusing… Please make them account bound, I see no harm in this and after all it was intended to be an exclusive revenant set, if I get this right.

I also lost one armor piece cause it got soulbound on a wrong character . Salvage FTW.
