Guild Wars 2

I had the piece sitting in my bank waiting for the bug to get fixed. It’s still soulbound to my other character as of now.

I have the same issue.. really annoying.

Same still soulbound. I was so happy when i read the patch note, and nope, still no account bound armor…. what a deception.

This is just a guess but I think only any piece awarded after the patch will be account bound. It doesn’t solve your issues ofcourse, but it’s probably what they fixed.
