Guild Wars 2

I was going through and completing jumping puzzles today, and when it came to the Mistwrought Vault puzzle in the Red Borderland, i was not awarded the achievement, or am able to open the chest. After this I went to the other opposing WvW borderland (Green), and I was able to get the achievement and chest there, as well as my own world’s. I went back to the red jumping puzzle and it still is bugged. It does let me in the circle door, but it does not let me get the chest or achievement.

Same issue.. please help
