Posting to agree with the OP. Having the same issue after completing the first investigation.
i think they shut it down because it was “working as intended” which everyone is confused cause everyone seems to be following that guide which has it at the last thing to do…which apparently you could complete it without killing those two other people. I’m PISSED because I woulda done it if i had known it was separate.
