Guild Wars 2

Being punished for playing properly is annoying. I dodge the mechanic which causes it to pull me in and heal itself. The mechanic lasts longer than i can evade. So im stuck on the story and cant get into the new zone.

Edit: Ive been told some special skill is supposed to be unlocked while standing in the white circle. It doesnt, Ive also been told Aurene is supposed to kill the NPC in “two hits.” Aurene doesnt do anything o.o

Edit 2: Oh, didnt see there is a big and little white circle. I had to stand in the big one i didnt notice until my 4th attempt. Engi’s have lots of sparkles >.<

So when do those two circles appear? Randomly? Based on something I need to be doing? All that happened was this part of the quest of a too long quest line was the leyleccher healing itself EVEN though I was never pulled into the center. The skill says to coordinate the attack—does coordinate mean simply to stand on the circle and press the skill button? Can I attack simultaneously as Aurene? Does the skill button cause Aurene to attack, and then once the skill is available again, she attacks and that’s that?

This sort of design is really bad. Clear instructions that make a regular player understand the circumstances would be awesome.

To be fair I thought that was a bad boss to teach that mechanic on. It should have just been a boss that only Aurene could damage, instead of a boss that only Aurene could damage AND a boss that refills his health.

it is totally Bugged, Aurene only attacks after I use the Shout and My attacks do not make up the difference in damage to end the battle. If I don’t shout the dialogue for “Give it everything” fails. to occur.

J am getting Damage numbers but not moving the progress bar any farther than if I don’t attack at all. Aurene does all the damage and it is only 60% of the required.
