I having an issue with my molten alliance mining pick, it says mines all metals, but i keep getting more and more ruined ore. It happens every so often, but I want to know if its just me or is everyone else getting this issue.
There is a large pile of threads about this already.
The general consensus is stop running through a pile of mobs while gathering. Either kill them before you start gathering or risk ruined ore.
