Guild Wars 2

I was working on my map completion when I came across a Molten Alliance portal by Solitude Waypoint in Wayfarer Foothills. There is no dynamic event near it (since Frost and Flame has been done for months), so why is the portal still here? Did it just get missed when removing them when the living story moved on? Are there others?

I should note I’m on Dragonbrand, is this an issue on other servers as well?

I’ve seen one on that map but in a different spot. It was in the Frusenfell Creek area. South a bit of the Vendrake’s Homestead Waypoint.
