Guild Wars 2

I’ve send two tickets already and none received an answer. My problem is that the trading post already took 4g from me (from bugs) and i wasn t refunded. The first time, about 3 or 4 days ago, the custom offer button was buged, so it seems i did multiple purchases of X item, altough i only receive the 1st purchase clicked. My gold was gone and i didnt receive any items from the next purchases. (about 2 gold). Secondly, it happened today, i canceled a few items i was buying, and the money didnt retreive to my trading post funds.(again, near 2 gold).this is getting annoying because i can t trust to use the TP if this continues to happen.. and it s kinda difficult, at least for me to make that much gold…

yes i sold to unid dyes and it didnt give me my money, weird hope they fix it soon
