Now, that we have January and there are no Monthly Achievements anymore (sadly, I hoped we would see new under the new System with better Item Rewards instead of AP), we have to see, that some Design Mistakes have been overseen as i think.
- The Game still shows us in the Login Screen the Monthly Achievement Progression Bar.
When there definetely are no Monthly ever anymore, it makes absolutely no sense anymore to show us in the Login Screen that Progression Bar.
Common Sense would be to remove it from the Game or change that Bar to show Up for Holiday/Special Achievements instead, if there should be based on Living Story some Special Side Achievements, then the Progression Bar could show us these then, instead of the Monthlies that exist no more…
- Under the Achievement Panel, theres still the talk about “Dailies and Monthlies”
This should get renamed now in my opinion.
In General it makes also no sense anymore to talk about Dailies, cause it always makes you automatically think about stuff also like Weeklies, or Monthlies, which exist not/not more.
So I think that Category of the Achievement Panel should get renamed to Changing Tasks or Occupations
Or in Case GW2 might ever see this system getting expanded to Order Guilds finding their way into the Game, maybe simply Jobs
What do you guys think of this.
Do you also fint it irritating, that these things still get shown so on the game, when there officially exist now no Monthlies anymore???
